I always start with a complimentary Introductory Call to learn more about you and your needs; after which, we’ll work together to decide if my services are a good fit, and which package is best for you and your family.
I utilize Zoom and Google Drive to work with families all over the United States.

Pricing and payment plans are customized to each family’s needs and based on my rate of $80/hour.
If cost is a barrier, I offer a “Pay-What-You-Can” option for services
Holistic Review – A review of the student’s academic achievements, extracurriculars, and consideration of extenuating circumstances
College List – Collaboration with the student and family culminating in a list of “great fit” colleges for the student to apply to- taking into account student goals and preferences as well as affordability
Test Scores - Sofia will help make recommendations on SAT vs. ACT, when to take or retake exams, which universities to submit scores to, and can provide referrals to outside test prep if necessary
Financial Aid - Sofia will help the family complete the FAFSA and give tips to maximize receipt of financial aid from universities
Scholarships - Sofia will assist the family in researching merit and need-based scholarships and proofread all scholarship application materials
Application Completion Calendar – Sofia will break down each portion of the application process into actionable weekly tasks, helping to regulate workload and prevent procrastination
Essay Preparation - Sofia will help the student brainstorm topics and structure for their essays, as well as determine how essays may be adjusted and reused for multiple schools
Essay Editing - Sofia will begin by editing your writing for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typos. Next, she will analyze the structure, narrative flow, and persuasiveness of the essay, giving suggestions on how to emphasize your unique qualities and experiences
Application Submission - After everything is polished and proofread, your applications will be ready to submit, and we will celebrate together!
